The Utah Judicial Council is busy handing out Get Out of Jail Free Cards to dangerous offenders with zero regard to public safety. New soft on crime bail policies issued by the Council are impacting public safety by releasing offenders on no bail at all or a minimum of $5,000 bail for any felony offense — even those charged with distribution of child pornography.
